Stop doubting yourself!
Why is it that on a regular basis we talk down on our abilities, ourselves, and what we are capable of?
We so often are so harsh on ourselves, and not always in a positive motivating way. We say things that start with “I can’t” or “I don’t know how” when talking our way out of things that we aren’t comfortable doing. We say things like this so much we start to believe them.
Say if you live your life saying over and over again to yourself that you can’t wear dresses because you don’t look good in them. So for years you have religiously been avoiding dresses at all costs. You’ve changed weights 3 times since your anti dress mindset started. You envy other girls bigger, smaller or the same weight as you claiming you wish you looked that good in dresses. How are you going to say something like that when there are so many types of dresses out there, there is absolutely something for anyone. It’s the fact that you have to put the effort in to find this dress that is perfect for you. Manifest your dream dress on you and go out and find it.
Lack of self-love is another important thing that comes with always doubting yourself. When you don’t have love for yourself, you don’t put any attempt into things you are capable and able to do. Things that you can end up falling in love with for yourself if you just step out of your comfort zone and go for it. Some people live their entire lives, never reaching the happiness they were able to achieve if they didn’t live their lives in self-doubt. Not stepping out of the box, not doing the uncomfortable, and staying in what’s comfortable for them.

If you change your self-talk to “cans” and “I wills” a lot of things will start to change in your life. When you manifest something into existence is when the magic starts to happen. Putting that positive energy in the air is when you start to create the life you want.
Leave all that self-doubt you’ve had in 2022; this is a new year, a new start, and you don’t have time to waste. No reason to schedule it for tomorrow or later in the week etc., start now. Write down everything you need to do to reach the goals you want to accomplish. It doesn’t have to be just for this year; it could be a 1, 2, or even 5 year plan. Just write it out and see what your first step is and take it.
Start looking at yourself in the mirror; stop focusing all your energy into the parts you believe are flawed. Start looking at every part of your body that you love. Stop giving into the negative parts of your brain. Embed new affirmations in your head. Compliment your smile, your eyes, your collar bones, or even your ass.
Whatever it is that you admire about your body and compliment yourself on everything good. If there are changes you would still like to make to your body, then take that first step whether it’s for weight gain, loss, more muscle etc. Work towards that goal, but love yourself in the process. Love the body you’re in and treat it like its someone you love. Keep your body hydrated and healthy. Do things for your body, self-love, self-care. give your body and mind an overall better feeling.
You have the option to do anything (legally) you’d like to in this life. Don’t sit around in doubt waiting for the perfect moment.
The perfect moment is now.
